Balance is a new and exciting café located near Waterloo station, which offers a concept into healthy eating and excellent coffee. As the new business (opening only 6 weeks ago) is thriving, we are looking to appoint a Barista, to work closely with our warm and fun-loving team, within a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service
Know all recipes to all beverages served, including coffee, tea and juices.
Quickly make beverage orders to a high standard.
Work with the drinks runner to ensure that all orders are served quickly.
Keep the coffee and juice areas and front of house area clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
Keep the orders queue moving quickly
Know our products and assist customers in ordering as necessary.
Be aware of allergen information and how to support a customer with special requirements.
Assisting the Duty Manager with ordering of stock daily.
Support the team in the smooth running of the service.
Open up / close down the shop and your area as necessary.
Any additional tasks required according to business needs.
