Do you like making coffee to an awesome soundtrack? Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, we now have 9 sites across London which are some of the coolest coffee and cocktail spots in the city. Crazy busy coffee shops by day serving awesome Espresso, and intimate cocktail bars and busy restaurants by night serving the best Espresso Martini's you've ever tasted.

We are looking for passionate and talented Baristas who absolutely love making high quality coffee in a fast paced environment. Our baristas have excellent product knowledge, attention to detail, efficiency, cleanliness and most importantly are friendly, engaging and fun to be around. Successful applicants will have experience in a high volume coffee environment, serving quality shots and steaming milk. We use La Marzocco Linea PB machines and Nuova Simonelli Mythos Ones grinders, so any prior experience is a plus.

We offer detailed training and internal progression wherever possible, from latte art workshops, to product and supplier trips, to competitions and opportunities to work at events across London. We are open from early until late 7 days a week so shift work is expected. We are busy, play the tunes loud and have a bloody good time doing it.
