Reunion Cafe y Bar is a new and exciting concept located in a life style hotel in Brentford. We are looking for a highly trained, passionate and skilled Barista's to join our relaxed and fun-loving team.
Our aim is to put the Reunion on the London coffee map by providing our customers with the best and most stylish coffees in the trade as well as providing an excellent brunch menu and outstanding service.
To do this we are looking for a professional Barista to join both our team.
You will need:
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work under pressure during the weekend brunch period.
• At least 2 years experience as a Barista in a busy specialist cafe.
- A willingness and ability to train others.
• The ability to constantly provide an excellent standard of coffee.
• Create coffees consistently
• Have knowledge of the correct maintenance and cleaning of our La Marzocco espresso machines and Puracaf chemicals.
• A knowledge of local London Roasters will be a bonus.
• A knowledge of V60 drip filters and Aeropress style coffees will be a bonus.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• The passion to push the standard of coffee to a new award-winning level.
