We manage and run Sky Garden which houses two restaurants; Darwin Brasserie and Fenchurch, and two bars We are looking for an experienced, reliable and flexible Barista to join our brilliant team at Darwin Brasserie on level 36 of the Sky Garden
Job role
Working as a barista, you will need to take orders and prepare beverage items to all guests as per their order, preparing the bill accordingly and take payment in the most efficient time possible through adhering to the service procedures.
As Barista you will demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all beverages which will enable you to answer customer queries with confidence.
Be attentive to all guests arriving and ensure they are met with a friendly, professional approach adopting the service standards set. Ensure a safe and clean working environment

8.50 to 9.00 per hour
Full Time / 5 days per week
