We are a small and lively independent Kitchen and Bar! we are seeking:
Bar supervisor/ Manager. The Bar Supervisor will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, working 5 shifts over 7, to include weekends and bank holidays. Hours of work vary. E-porting the Bars Manager, the key responsibilities of the Bar Supervisor will include:
To create a customer focused environment which reflects full, flexible co-operation within the business.
To operate, open up and close down any part of the bar and adhere to opening and closing procedures set by management.
To liaise closely with management and cellar team regarding stock control and rotation.
To take responsibility for permanent team members shift patters and organize cover where necessary.
Ensure the bar is ready for service at appropriate times with a full float in the till.
Ensure the bar is well stocked and all appropriate beverages are available to meet the guests needs and expectations and that these are fully replenished at shift changeovers.
Stock the bar with non-consumable e.g. Glassware, crockery, napkins etc.
To maintain the standards, safety and quality of service as set out in the department SOP.
To maintain a good working knowledge of all the menus in the department. I.e. Breakfast, Lunch, Evening and Wine and Bar Menus.
Ensure food and wine product knowledge is up to date and use this knowledge to up-sell at every opportunity.
To be fully conversant with the preparation of all wine lists and bar menu items.
Maintain clean and tidy public areas at all times.
To act at all times in accordance with and enforce where necessary, bar policy, licensing laws and health and safety regulations.

Bar Tenders (both part time and full time).
Floor Staff (part time to full time).
experience ESSENTIAL
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people with a passion for great service and the ability to work well in a team. For bar tenders, a previous cocktail experience is a must, for waiters/waitresses previous floor experience is a must. You will be able to work well under pressure and be available to work weekends and late nights.
