We’re on the hunt for Supervisors who are passionate about both product and people…This is your opportunity to be part of a young, vibrant and rapidly expanding brand, who are constantly growing in influence within the hospitality industry. Initially a London-based company, 2021 saw us expand to Cardiff, with Manchester on the horizon for 2022 and plenty more to come!We’re looking for a natural leader with a dynamic personality who is ready to jump feet first into our vibrant bars. You should be as comfortable mixing up a classic Dirty Martini, as you are supporting your General Manager in driving sales whilst motivating your team. We want someone both committed to and talented at training bartenders, with an extensive knowledge of traditional cocktails. We reward hard work and pride ourselves on internal promotion and supported career progression. We provide extensive training and development for all staff members, along with frequent skills testing to build and grow your knowledge.And we can’t forget the perks… Our employee benefits package includes company discounts as well as external discounts through the Perkbox scheme, pension schemes and 28 days of paid holiday per year.
