Bar Supervisor - The Well
The Well are looking to recruit a Bar Supervisor in their team.
One of Clerkenwell's favourite Gastro Pubs, The Well has been operated by ETM Group since 2000. They cater for all comers, business lunches, local residents, corporate events and private parties. Throw in a weekly quiz, Saturday Brunch and a Sunday Roast and there is quite literally, something for everyone!
Ideal Bar Supervisor Candidates;
- experience of bar setup and operation
- Confidence in directing/training junior members of the team
- An interest in stock aspects of the bar, and ordering processes
- Desire to take on further training and responsibility
- Great drive for upselling and sales driving
Cocktail knowledge, and creation would be an advantage but is not essential.
