The Royal Oak in Marylebone has just undergone a refurbishment project and launched a new offer to begin to put it on the map in Marylebone for it’s high standards, exceptional food, drinks and service. The drinks offer will be focused on the very best locally brewed London craft beer over 16 beer lines, a concise and seasonally changing cocktail list and wine list focused on small, independent producers. Our food is seasonally changing using the freshest ingredients Britain has to offer all supplied by local suppliers and cooked by chefs who are skillful and passionate. Craft, passion, quality and the next generation are always at the very foundations of what we do.
We are looking for a bar manager who is as passionate about our product and what we do team to progress with the company. You must be hard working, dynamic and have an enthusiasm and passion for drinks, especially in craft beer. You must be well presented and have a personality that Shines.
Key responsibilities include.
- All drink stock ordering and General Practitioner management
- Overseeing the full pub operation on management shifts including opening and closing the business
- Team leadership, training and coaching other team members
- Cellar and beer line management
- Taking an active role in social media in event organization

You will be working 48 hours per and our pay rate is up to £23k per year plus service charge.
