S11 Bar situated within Pop Brixton are currently seeking a Bar Manager with excellent customer service and a hands-on, can-do attitude. Immediate start.
Management Duties:

Managing daily bar operations
Rotas
​Leading and training a team of full and part time staff.
Ordering
Stock control and management
Understanding of sales figures, budgets and targets.
Cashing up and banking

Must have Personal Licence.
Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar role.
