The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone is a 24-bedroom Georgian townhouse and cocktail lounge which enjoys an enviable location on Seymour Street. The Townhouse features a spectacular Rooftop Apartment with a roof terrace and al fresco bath, 21 bedrooms and 3 studio Suites. While the Townhouse in Clerkenwell is known as the home of Zetter's Great Aunt Wilhelmina, the Marylebone property is that of our Wicked Uncle Seymour.
The Cocktail Lounge is a collaboration between The Zetter Group and Tony Conigliaro (Drinks Factory). Stuffed full of oddities and curios, with an open fire crackling in the grate, the relaxed, informal sitting room is equally suited to a lazy afternoon as it is a night of uproarious revelry.
What does the role look like?

Overall responsibility for the running of Seymours Parlour on a daily basis.
Reports directly to the Food and Drink Director and General Manager.
To be confident in driving revenue and controlling costs.
To be a strong leader and role model capable of maintaining and developing a small and passionate bar team.
Liaising with the drinks Factory with the research and development of new cocktails.
Develop and train your team to ensure our guests are consistently receiving a great service experience.
Maintain a solid working relationship and consistently evolve the service experience for our team and guests.
Conduct daily briefings, ensuring all team members are familiar with the running of Seymours Parlour.
Admin duties including rotas, banking, shift reports and assisting with payroll.
Have a full understanding and working knowledge of all software systems.

Previous experience in stock control and ordering is beneficial.

An effective communicator with a natural ability to manage relationships with guests, team members, peers as well as senior management.
A team player with a cool head and ability to work collaboratively with others towards our goals.
