We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bar Manager that is looking for an exciting and creative workplace.
As Bar Manager, your role will focus on creating a seasonal and diverse cocktail and drinks list, utilising fresh and locally sourced ingredients where possible, whilst showcasing interesting ideas. You must have experience and knowledge of wines, cocktails. A knowledge of using TISSL and Stock Take Online.
You will report directly to the General Manager and be fully responsible for the drinks sales and will need to ensure the Bar is organised, profitable and your staff are passionate about the product and well trained.We are based in Soho and are open 6 days a week.
