Exciting new Latin American bar and kitchen opening in Hackney on main road
This started off as a street food concept and then evolved into a pop up and supperclub over the last 4 years and is finally going permanent. We are highly rated and have been featured in Metro and Evening Standard newspaper, Shortlist magazine and Elle magazines among others. We also have a very strong social media presence in instagram, facebook and twitter.
We are creating a very special space that will bring a warm summery Californian/Latin American -inspired vibe into Overcast London. Dont be fooled by the fancy photos- while we create the finest cocktails and streetfood we try not to take ourselves too seriously. Its all about work hard, play hard. Our expansion plans our ambitious so the potential for career progress are considerable.
What we are looking for?-
Experienced bar manager *PLUS* bartenders needed for fun, laid back and vibrant restaurant/bar. Our aim is to create a summery, tropical corner in rain-soaked London. Its all about giving the customer an awesome experience.
Candidate needs to be organised, and good people skills. experience as a bar manager in the UK is a *MUST*, as is *fluent* English. There will be a large degree of autonomy as we will be focusing on the food side (we are also looking for kitchen staff at all levels) so you must be able to work independently in all aspects including staffing rotas.
There will be an emphasis on Latin American cocktails so cocktail bar experience would be a big plus.
Salary dependent on experience and strengths.
