Serving award winning brunch, innovative small plates and Josper grilled meat. As well as our almost all natural wine list, craft beer and innovative cocktails (see Instagram: daisygreencollection). Seeking professional bar manager passionate about emulating our fun and friendly Aussie service. A team player keen to make their mark on our exciting and evolving business. We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our awesome team.
About our bar manager –

Sound beer, wine, spirits and cocktails knowledge.
A team player, work closely with your peers.
Inspiring and engaging personality with real leadership capabilities.
Preferred 2 + years of bar  management experience in a busy Bar or Restaurant with a real focus on great service.
Great eye for Detail
Consistent and professional approach to other staff members.
Extensive food, wine and coffee experience.
Valid UK visa with 2 + years remaining
Familiarity with restaurant management software, tills and excel.
Acute financial management skills
