The newly refurbished and relaunched Elm Park Tavern in Brixton is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Bar Manager to take the helm of the pub and help to push the business forward. We are looking for a creative, attentive and driven individual to work closely with the owner to help drive the business, manage of small team of staff and turn The Elm in Brixton's best local.
Nestled up the hill away from the centre of Brixton, The Elm Park Tavern is a cosy and welcoming pub that, first and foremost, serves it's local community. At the heart of what we do, and most importantly, is great service. We believe that friendly and  attentive service is the most important aspect in making sure our customers return time and again. Add to this a great selection of Beers, wine and spirits, freshly cooked seasonal pub food, live sports and plenty of events, then we believe that we can offer the local residents a pub to be proud of!
This is the perfect role for an assistant manager or experienced supervisor looking to progress their management career and take the next step. You must be friendly, hard working, personable, energetic and creative. Great attention to detail and an appreciation and understanding of great customer service are also vital. You must have a good grasp of written and spoken English and  be legally entitled to work in the UK. In return you will receive a very competitive salary, on the job training including courses and brewery tours, staff discount and the chance to join a small but passionate team.
