We are looking for a skilled Bar Manager, who will be responsible for the operation of the bar, stock management and control, the recruitment and development of the bar team, and input into the management team to help run this fantastic venue.
The ideal Bar Manager will have:
• Previous experience in a similar, quality venue
• Superb staff management and motivation skills
• Exceptional service standards
• A love for staff training and progression
• Bags of energy and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Excellent wine, beer, cocktail and coffee knowledge
