We are looking for a Baker who will be responsible for preparing products in accordance with set recipes to ensure that all products are made according to Company standards regarding quality, presentation and consistency.
The position is based in our Pastry and Bakery production unit at West Acton. This is a full time permanent position. You will be working 45 hours 5 days a week in a variety of shifts.
As a Baker you will:
• Have previous experience in a Bakery role, preferably within a high volume production kitchen
• Be passionate about Viennoiserie
• Skills in laminated pastry products such as: croissants and pain au chocolate
• Ensure all bakery items are produced according to set recipes
• Ensure that the bakery products’ quality and standards are maintained at all times
• Have a thorough working knowledge of the bakery products and their ingredients
