Back of House/ Kitchen Porter Supervisor needed for Central London Brasserie.
We are currently recruiting Back of House supervisor to assist the back of house manager in deliveries, temperature and stock control and to act as Supervisor to a small team of kitchen porters. Previous kitchen experience essential. Good command of conversation English and proactive attitude towards daily tasks. Position will include a lot of manual labour, but no really heavy lifting.
