You are expected to help in taking care of children, enjoying spending time and interacting with them while you teach them English, playing, talking and doing funny things together, keeping the children amused and out of dangers. The au pair should take initiative in keeping things organized and neat, giving a hand with the everyday household chores, like a big daughter or son.
