We are a family of 4 with two kids: a baby girl 2 yo and a boy 6 yo.
We are looking for an au pair to join our family in the next couple of weeks which is committed to stay at least up until July 2022. Both kids are at school or nursery from 8,45up until 3,30 if not 4.30. The au pair would normally work 25/30 hrs a week:Monday to Friday between 8.30 in the morning and 7pm. There is to be a one night babysitting per week included in the salary from Monday to Thursday and one night during the weekends included in the salary. (We would love to go out twice a week but as per past experience it would not happen very often!)The pocket money payable is £100 per week with 4 weeks a year paid holidays included. General duties would include school drop off and pick ups, after school activities and playdate. Saturdays and Sundays would be free days for the au pair which will have her own room and bathroom (bathroom to be shared with the guests if we have any). We have a cleaner that is coming once or twice a week for the deep cleaning but we are expecting the au pair to run some housekeeping work as well like dusting and vacuuming to help keeping the house tidy or ironing twice a week. We are pretty flexible in excluding the housekeeping works for which the salary would be modified accordingly.
Our kids are very lively and lovely and we are looking for someone to join our family which has previous experience with kids. Speaking Italian would be a plus as we like our kids to speak italian as well at home.
