Live in au pair for 2 little children in Chiswick, London W4

We are a kind, friendly and very happy family looking for an au pair/mothers help to join us from September.
Preferably French speaking as we have ties to France. Also must be willing to come with us to Provence on our holidays around 3 times a year.
The job is looking after our two little children – a 4 yr old girl and a 2.5 yr old boy (ages in Sept. 17)
Our present (and first!) au pair has been with us for 2 years and it worked really well. She is sadly leaving to go back to France now and we are looking for someone with experience of looking after children who is kind, energetic and reliable.
I work from home part time so will be around to help most days, or part of them.
The children are still little and so this job would not suits someone who is looking for a 'party' year in London!
The role:-
- c.30/35 hours per week; £100
- As school and the new routine hasn't Begun for us yet the exact times will need to be flexible) but typically:-
Monday-Wed. 9-1; 3-7pm
Thursday and Fri. 3-7pm
- Helping me with routine:-
Our daughter will start school in September so there may be some pick-up and drop offs – school is less than 5 minute walk away
Our son is in nursery Friday and Thursday mornings only, so time will be spent taking him to classes and playing with him. He's an easy, happy, very loving child.
- Caring for both kids with affection, a sense of fun and keeping them safe above all else!
- Helping with the lunchtime / evening routine to get them fed, bathed etc.
- Some days dropping off and picking up from nursery/school (both a short walk away) 
- Some days organising fun activities for them (at home, the park, soft play, play dates with friends) 
- Cooking healthy meals for them  - its important you are comfortable cooking!
- Helping with bath and bed time routine 
- Helping with some house work (we have a weekly cleaner but you will need to keep the house and kitchen clean after playing, meals etc.)
- Helping with their development milestones (swimming, bike riding etc)
- Evening babysitting (1 evening during the week and 1 during weekend – we don't tend to use this every week though)
(The children are still little and whilst your free time is of course your own, this job would not be suitable for someone who is looking for a 'party' year in London.)
What we offer :-
- You will be on a separate floor in a very large double room with TV (NETFLIX, Amazon Prime etc.) built in wardrobes etc.
- You will have your own en-suite shower/wet room + WC
- c.£100 per week plus food included
- We live in Chiswick, West London (a 5 min. Walk from Turnham Green station). Its a very safe and pretty area with lots of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants in walking distance 
- We have a lovely house (we think!) with a nice garden and live on a quiet road.
What we are looking for 
- Someone calm, responsible and mature and be flexible in supporting us and the kids 
- You have a good level of English, preferably a native French speaker
- Currently in the UK and available to interview in London 
- You have a minimum of 2 years childcare experience with under 5’s 
- You are (or can be) CRB/DBS checked 
- You have excellent references and we can speak to your referees 
- You are happy to stay for 12mths or longer 
- Able to swim
- A non-smoker 
- Full visa
