This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Manager of a high calibre or a shift supervisor with a proven food background ready to take the next step.

• Be able to demonstrate an excellent track record at a similar level in a quality restaurant/ quality food led pub or gastro pub.
• Be customer oriented with an open, relaxed and friendly personality.
• Thrive on delivering high standards of service, with a passion for food and excellent service.
• Have the ability to build a highly efficient and happy team.
• Run a tight ship and knows that in order to survive, the business has to be profitable.
• Be up to speed on all the basic skills – stock management, beer quality, back of house systems etc.
