We are currently recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager for our newest opening in Catford.
As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager with the day to day running of the business and have a good understanding of stock control, standards and compliance and training and development.

• Ability to drive an implement changes
• Focus and experience with staff training and development and how to get the best out of your team
• Good cellar knowledge
• A passion for food, music and events
Previous experience working in a busy venue with outside space and a strong food offer is a bonus.
