The role:
As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager with the day to day running of the business and have a good understanding of Stock Control, Standards and compliance, Training and Development as well as working closely and liaising with some of the UKs best promoters.
What we're looking for:

Personality, drive and ambition.
An understanding of the industry and how to provide the customer with an unforgettable experience.
The Assistant Manager will have a great eye for detail.
Ability to drive an implement changes
Focus and experience with staff training and development and how to get the best out of your team.
Good cellar knowledge
The Assistant Manager will have a passion for food, music and events.
Previous experience working in a busy venue with live music, outside space and a strong food offer is a bonus but not essential.
