We are looking for an experienced assistant manager or supervisor for our busy flagship speciality coffee shop in Fleet St.
The role will be to work alongside our site manager, owners and head of coffee helping and supporting them in growing and organising the business.
Day to day roles will include shift running, cash handling ,complete barista skills, managing staff and workflow, completing orders and delivering great customer service and drinks.
We are looking for someone with drive and ambition who has excellent team organisational skills who can work well under pressure.

Speciality coffee experience is not essential ,but is is an advantage to understand what good coffee is.
Pay is negotiable on experience and expertise, we offer 28 days paid holiday per year and free meals and drinks on shift.
