We want an assistant manager who is looking for the opportunity to show what they are made of. This position would be perfect for an experienced assistant manager who can:
• Take responsibility for the day to day running of the business in the absence of the General Manager, Inc weekends and evenings
• To ensure all operations are in line with company standards; Health, Safety and Legislative compliance.
• To support the General Manager in delivering and improving the highest standards of customer service.
• Work and support all members of management to encourage and inspire the team to give their best.
• Deliver a high impact work ethic for others to follow
• Have the confidence to lead a large and diverse team
• Handle pressure like an absolute boss.
• Most importantly, a love of what they do and the ability to have fun every single day
