Delaziz Restaurants, Bars and Wine bar is seeking a senior assistant manager.
We are an all day Mediterranean restaurant/Bar/winery, currently rebranding in to a more trendy and vibrant operations. The team is looking for an enthusiastic "senior" assistant manager, with a minimum 3 years previous experience in the field. You need to be hands on, to have a very "good service knowledge and floor control" , events and party organising, reservation management and staff training. We need some one hard working and committed to the redevelopment of our new unit and a 'creative thinker'. An out going personality and a smile will go a long way to secure the position.
Wine and bar knowledge a plus.
