Assistant Manager – Gluten Free Bakery and Café – Central London – up to £27k plus bonus
One of London’s new and successful gluten free bakeries requires an Assistant Manager for one of their sites in Central London.
At present they have a very strong team and with new sites opening soon, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join and grow with an expanding business.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to take on this challenging Assistant Manager position.
You should have:
• Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant, coffee shop or similar standard café
• Good knowledge of coffee
• A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position with a view to developing your career in a forward thinking business
• Charisma and confidence with the personality to fit into and lead their team
• Ambition, drive and passion to deliver outstanding customer-led service
As this is an entirely gluten free bakery you should either have basic knowledge of gluten free products or have a keen interest in them although full and comprehensive training will be given.
