We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team here at The Mermaid.
Must have;
- previous managerial experience working in a similar venue
- excellent beer knowledge
- experience managing a small team
- great customer service
- cellar knowledge
- knowledge of managing and ordering stock
- initiative and willingness to cover shifts in the General Managers absence
Preferred, but not required;
- personal licence holder
- knowledge of Web Back Office system and Bleep
