Assistant Manager needed for Hyde Park Riding School in Central London
We are a small, friendly yard looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to assist and support our yard manager running the yard, dealing with clients over the phone and in person, handling bookings and enquiries, and also carry out general yard duties, escorting rides around Hyde Park and teaching arena lessons.
Successful candidates will be:
- Able to look after a number of riding school horses and be in sole charge on at least two days every week
- Able to ride and teach to BHSAI standard, though the qualification is not essential but it is an advantage
- Able to ride and lead two horses at the same time
- Must have previous managerial experience!
- Must be legally able to work in this country.
- Maximum weight 75kg
- Experienced teaching beginner adults and children to around medium dressage level.
- Fun and friendly with excellent people skills and speak excellent English
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manners
You would also be required to work full time (5 day week) including weekend days however weekend days off can be arranged.
Our working hours are Monday to Sunday 7.30am to 6pm.
