My Neighbours the Dumplings is a dumpling house and sake bar in Clapton, near Hackney Central. We are a busy family run restaurant and bar opened last year in March 2021. Since opening we have been voted into the top 10 best new restaurants in London by Time Out, received great reviews in the Guardian and Sunday Times and have regular waiting times of up to 2 hours on both weekdays and weekends. We take great pride in serving top quality hand rolled dumplings and Dim Sum style dishes, compiling an exciting cocktail and sake list and creating an intriguing atmosphere for customers. We have recently opened up another venue room at the rear of the building where we are starting to cater for events, such as live music, pop-up cinema and private parties.
We are now looking to grow our team and would like a full time Assistant Manager to help organise and run the restaurant efficiently. You would be working closely with our Restaurant manager and with the front of house team and gradually take on more responsibilities in the role. We are looking for a positive and organised person with a good work ethic to join the team. Someone with an eye for detail, must be able to work under pressure and keep a high standard of customer service through a busy and sometimes hectic restaurant service. Must also be interested in learning about the back office and the running of the restaurant.

We offer:
- A permanent contract with a yearly salary and holiday entitlement
- £21,000 - £24,000pa to start (plus bonuses and tips)
