Exciting opportunity to join our site in Bow – the Green Goose as Assistant Manager.
The ideal candidate would:
- have a track record of working for a similar venue or hospitality brand
- be passionate about product
- have experience in staff training and development
- be identifying opportunities to network and reach out to businesses and the community to drive sales and footfall
- be assisting the General Manager with managing profit and loss through wage cost, food cost and inventory
