How would you like to help run one of London’s busiest restaurants situated in the heart of Covent Garden? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, self-motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to take on the challenge!
Open since 2005, Fire and Stone is a unique casual dining experience, serving up delicious, handcrafted pizzas. The successful candidate will report to our General Manager whilst supporting the management team, and be able to demonstrate natural leadership skills with a true passion for the hospitality industry.
We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge of front of house operations. You should have robust management skills and be able to help lead a team without compromising attention to detail during service. Quality and consistency is key, and you should have a desire to exceed expectations in all areas of your role.
