We are currently recruiting for a talented, guest focused individual to join us as Assistant Manager.
The Jolly Farmers serves up to 2000 meals a week. All guests can expect attentive table service, freshly rotisserie roasted chickens, grilled meats and classic pub food, as well as Mcmullen’s locally brewed Ales, in amazing surroundings. The Jolly Farmers is located just a stone’s throw from Oakwood tub station, on the Piccadilly line, in a perfect location bordering bustling London and amazing rural countryside.

Key Assistant Manager Responsibilities
• Exceeding guest expectations daily
• Leading the team to follow our bespoke guest journey
• Coach and guide new Team Members
• All aspects of cash and stock control
• Management duties including dealing with bookings/functions, Rota planning, cellar management, and deputising in the Managers absence
