For the Assistant Manager position, we are looking for someone capable of leading a large team and drive positively and profitably a busy operation. As a AGM, you will be reporting directly to your General Manager.

The Package
£22,000 to £24,000 per annum based on experience
£2000 annual bonus based on KPIs
28 days paid holiday
We are also recruiting a Bar Supervisor and a Floor Supervisor hungry to grow within a busy and develop their skills.
Your duties will be to look after your respective teams of people and as such experience is VERY busy venue essential.
£8/hr + service charge trunk and the chance to develop for the right people.
