Duty Manager / Bar Supervisor
Bar Story and Peckham Springs are looking for a Duty Manager to lead and inspire the bar team.
Offering a quality selection of cocktails, spirits, Beers and wine, we are seeking an experienced and creative bar supervisor with excellent cocktail knowledge, a passion for the industry and a commitment to providing great customer service.
The role will include assisting the General Manager in the effective running of the bar, ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism whilst achieving profitability in line with budget.
We are looking for:
Proven experience in high volume environment
Strong cocktail knowledge/experience
experience in stock control, ordering and management
Ability to Open, Cash up and Close
Effective communication with guests and staff
To be able to train and develop your team
Energetic and enthusiastic team player – you will be play a vital role in ensuring our bars remain successful
Contract: Full Time
Salary: 21k - 25k
