We are looking for an experienced, friendly person to join our team. We're looking for an Assistant Manager position.
Must haves

At least 1 year or more in a supervisory role in a pub or restaurant.
• Be customer driven and enjoy engaging with guests and cultivating relationships within a community.
Be able to work weekends and weekdays some split and some straight shifts.
• Ability to motivate and manage new team members.
• A positive outlook and the confidence to take the initiative.
• Bring your own ideas to the table and be able to implement them.
• Be up to speed and efficient on all the basic skills – stock management, beer quality, back of house systems etc.
Manage and lead our young team to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Take responsibility of the business on the GM's days off and annual leave.

Possibility of live in for the right candidate if needed. 40 hours per week.
Be part of and lead a young dynamic team. While working closely with management.
