Trawler Trash is a new seafood restaurant soon to be open on Upper Street, we will be a fast paced, casual restaurant offering high quality seafood in a relaxed and approachable way. We will serve the lesser known treasures of the sea, the menu will change weekly offering the freshest catches of the day to reduce waste and try to be as sustainable as possible.
The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner service with brunch on weekends, we will also have a very small Slick takeaway service. The restaurant will be 45 covers all on one level with a ‘standing cocktail bar’ at the back.
We expect you to have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar role ideally from an independent background and have experience in opening a new restaurant
As assistant manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to
-Working alongside your management team to oversee the entire operation of the venue
-Desire to work closely with the senior management team and founders to lead our expansion
-Service quality and food/beverage delivery in all customer areas
-The upkeep and efficient use of all systems set out by the company, health and safety and maintenance of your site
-Great personality and individuality, passion and care for your team to drive their progression and build your team to create a fun and friendly environment for both our customers and staff. A passion for food and customer service – delivering what we do best
