We are looking for a charismatic and driven Assistant Manager to join the brilliant team at our busiest site. The original MEATliquor restaurant, W1 opened with a bang in 2011 and hasn’t calmed down since- if any restaurant can claim to have started the burger Craze in London then MEATliquor W1 is a huge contender. The crazy décor, loud music, low lighting and delicious food have all become a firm favourite with those looking for a casual bite with a difference.

The right candidate will be:
·Experienced at the same level in a similar position and environment.
·Self- motivated and proactive (and be good at inspiring and motivating others)
·Highly organised
·Able to take control and manage stock
·Computer literate
·Familiar with FOH and BOH operating systems.
·Be extremely familiar with P and Ls
·Able to communicate well with team members from all divisions.
·Happy to work with the operations team to ensure the needs of the business are met.
·Able to see the funny side- a good sense of humour is essential.
