The Breakfast Group is looking for an Assistant Manager / Bar Supervisor to help lead and inspire the bar team and have an input into our cocktail menu.
Offering a quality selection of cocktails, spirits, Beers and wine and amazing food we are seeking a creative bar supervisor who has excellent cocktail knowledge, a passion for the industry and a commitment to providing great customer service.
The role will include assisting the General Manager in the effective running of the bar, managing a small team, and maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism.
We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a high volume environment.
Strong cocktail knowledge/experience
A commitment to outstanding customer service.
experience in cashing up, key holding and closing up.
Effective communication skills with guests and staff.
Energy, enthusiasm and an all-round team player.
Some food background is a plus.
Personal License essential.
This will become a multi-venue position during some peak trading periods, all our venues are located in central London, so this could be an easy and exciting experience.
