We are proud to have acquired this beautiful pub and have just spent the last 2 months refurbishing it. We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team.
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in the role
Proven ability to deal with day to day FOH and BOH operations.
Knowledge of seasonal British fare, traditional and craft Beers, wines and spirits.
An understanding of the business from customers’ point of view.
Someone who is confident, organised and hard-working.
