We operate a wide portfolio of owned and franchised food and beverage brands in travel and retail locations across over 30 countries and employ over 35,000 people - our 'food travel experts'.The RoleAs Assistant Manager working with our team at Leon, you'll be helping to manage a busy and vibrant business. You'll be coaching your team as they work, making sure that the store looks great and serving our customers amazing healthy and tasty food all day.You will be taking ownership for the quality of service, financial performance and recruiting, coaching, and developing the teams to be the stars of the future.
