We're excited to be recruiting for an energetic and experienced Assistant Manger to join an independent on trend, high end cafe and restaurant group in London. Based in Paddington.
We're looking for a natural leader who has a proactive, can do approach and a proven background of growing sales and creating a buzz around their restaurant. Someone who leads from the front, takes initiative and brings their own personality to the independent 'family'. Someone who shares the philosophy that 'everything is possible'.
Assistant Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant, working with the General Manager to achieve your key KPIs and most importantly delivering great consistent upbeat service through your floor staff.
An exciting opportunity for the right candidate with energy and ambition to progress quickly to General Manager.
Desired Skills and experience

Inspiring and engaging personality with real leadership capabilities.
2 + Years of assistant restaurant management experience in a busy Bar or Restaurant with a real focus on table service and customer engagement.
A love of food and healthy lifestyle
Great eye for Detail
Consistent and professional approach to other staff members.
Extensive food, wine and coffee experience.
Valid UK visa with 2 + years remaining
Familiarity with restaurant management software, tills and excel.
Acute financial management skills
