About us…

Be At One is in a class of its own. A growing, independent brand of cocktail bars that is genuinely friendly and prides itself on great drinks, great service and a real party spirit any night of the week!

We now have more than 30 bars and are growing. We are looking for Duty Managers to join us and progress with us as we grow.

With decades of training experience we have designed what we consider to be a structured and thorough management development program that is unrivalled in our industry; this will incorporate many aspects of our professional bartender training course.

We will give all our Managers joining us all the technical tools they need to become truly world class leaders in our industry, all they need to succeed is the same drive, passion and personality that we have become famous for.

About you….

The ideal candidate must have the ability to build relationships with those they encounter. Be At One always puts people at the forefront of the business. You must be genuine, approachable and engaging in all forms of communication, especially verbal.

This role is not a nine to five role; our bars trade seven nights a week and you will be required to work varying hours. Your energy levels must be consistently high to match the energy of our highly-trained bartenders.
