All our food is fresh and our menus are created in-house. This is a fast-growing business whose success has largely been driven by a strong, hard-working team. We are looking for somebody who is organized and very passionate about food, drink and service and has a background in gastro pubs, bars or restaurants. The ideal candidate will have high service standards; a positive attitude; broad product knowledge (Beers, wines, cocktails, food); a meticulous approach to back of house organisation; excellent personal presentation; good interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with staff and recruitment.
