We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for our Clapham Junction site who has the experience, ambition and personality to ensure Ben's Canteen continues to be known as THE place for week brunch, dinner and drinks - 7 days a week. The Assistant Manager's role is to lead the management team as well as the front and back of house staff in the GM's absence. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing stock, cash and employment spends as well as training and maintaining staff files. Above all, you must lead by example - our current managers are our best waiters, bartenders, hosts, barbacks, runners and general superstars on the floor every day.
