We have also recently installed a brand new wood fired pizza oven, open kitchen restaurant on our first floor!
You must be a caterer first and foremost and preferably come from a Gastro pub background
Minimum requirements:
You must have a working knowledge of wines
You must have a strong food background as writing the menu with the chefs is an ongoing requirement. Preferably have some experience in menu planning
You must be a used to running the floor front of house
You must have good business acumen and be used to achieving targets
You must be a strong team leader and have sound experience of up selling
You must be amiable and able to engage with our custom base effortlessly
