We're looking for an assistant manager to join us at The Victoria Inn. Standing proud and tall at the centre of Peckham Rye, with the best of everything in one place: open fire, long bar, dining room and nine spotless bedrooms. Popular with the laptop crowd in the day, locals on their way home, families at weekends and tourists who want a grand place to rest their heads (without the grand prices).
You’ll work with the general manager to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events and take charge of everything when the general manager’s away. You’ve already worked as an assistant manager in a busy pub for at least a year, and we’re keen to know what you’ve learnt.
But it’s more than that.
