The Garden Shed in Wimbledon will soon be losing their much loved Assistant Manager to the ski season in Canada. We are looking for the perfect, enthusiastic, hard-working individual to take her place.
The role requires a large amount of contact hours with the team to make sure the company mantra and work ethic is achieved throughout.
Ideal candidates will:
• have experience in supervisory or managerial roles within hospitality
• be comfortable leading a team
• be confident in back of house operations including Human Resources , recruitment and training, end of week reports and weekly cash reconciliations, writing rotas, stock control and ordering etc
• have a true passion for the industry
• preferably have a long term goal to progress within the company/industry
You will receive on the job training as well as external trainings if you require further certification.
