ASSISTANT Manger REQUIRED
We are a small but growing pub company and we are looking for and enthusiastic and ambitious assistant manager to join our team.
All our food is fresh and our menus are created in-house. This is a fast-growing business whose success has largely been driven by a strong, hard-working team.
We are looking for somebody who is organized and very passionate about food, drink and service and has a background in gastro pubs, bars or restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have high service standards; a positive attitude; broad product knowledge (Beers, wines, cocktails, food); a meticulous approach to back of house organisation; excellent personal presentation; good interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with staff and recruitment.
