Assistant manager to help owner run busy bistro near Wandsworth common. Will be needed to help recruit, train and motivate staff. Wine ordering along with organising wine specials. To draw up a Rota for staff each week making sure all shifts for that week are covered.
You will be working with a small and friendly team both front and back of house.
